Data collected

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, and the content of your message. No other personal data is collected.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Processing is based on your consent, given by submitting the form.

Recipients

Your data is intended for Château du Pordor alone. It passes through our technical providers, who process it on our behalf: Vercel (site hosting), Sanity (storage of enquiries), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare (anti-spam protection). Some of these providers are based in the United States; these transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework. Your data is never sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Anti-spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that enquiries come from a human. Your IP address is passed to Cloudflare for that check alone. This service is not used for advertising profiling, and your IP address is not retained by the château.

Storage on your device

This site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. It may only store on your device the language you have chosen and the fact that you have closed an announcement. This information is strictly necessary for the site to work and does not require your consent.

Retention

Contact enquiries are kept for three years from the date they are received, then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@pordor.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
